Whether you’re blowing out birthday candles or toasting with champagne, as soon as the moment arrives, IT’S GET A CUPCAKE TIME! After all, parties are for enjoying, not for worrying about serving.

Cupcake Cakes start at $2.75 per cupcake with the price increasing relatively to the complexity of the design.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM CUPCAKES ON A CAKE: 30 Biggie Cupcake Minimum and 150 Cupcake Maximum (this number may vary according to shape of design). *We do not do Cupcake Cake with Minis.
HOW TO ORDER: CALL US and send your design via email to fun@polkatotscupcakes.com or VISIT US to place your order personally. We require a 50% deposit when you place your order. We do not offer refunds. If your order is canceled 48 hours in advance of your pick up or delivery time a store credit will be issued.
HOW SOON SHOULD I PLACE THE ORDER? Please allow a week in advance of your event. Many of our designs are elaborate and we take pride in the time and effort that goes into creating your cakes.
WHAT ARE MY FLAVOR OPTIONS? Options are Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet, Marble, Lemon, Strawberry, Coconut, Pistachio, Carrot-Nut and Banana-Nut. (THE LAST THREE FLAVORS CONTAIN NUTS! We recommend advising guests if these flavors are chosen.)
HOW MANY FLAVOR OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
30 Cupcake Cake: 2-3 options.
40 to 60 Cupcake Cake: 4-6 options.
60+: 6+ options
WHAT TYPE OF BUTTERCREAM WILL MY CAKE HAVE? Cupcake Cakes are made with our Rich Vanilla Buttercream (no exceptions).
IS MY CAKE GOING TO BE BOXED?We provide sturdy boxes for Cupcake Cakes from 30-50 cupcakes (varies according to the shape of your design).
Cakes that exceed our 60 cupcakes boxing capacity will be covered with plastic wrap for their protection once the buttercream is set and dry. For instructions on how to transport and handle your Cake, please read the HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS.
DO YOU DELIVER AND WHAT IS YOUR COST? Yes, we do deliver! We have a $15 base charge for the Pasadena area and $1.50 extra per mile outside the area. FOR WHAT OCCASIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND CUPCAKE CAKES? They’re a great centerpiece for kids and adults BIRTHDAY PARTIES, BABY AND BRIDAL SHOWERS, BAT AND BAR MITZVAHS, CHRISTENINGS, GRADUATIONS, HOLIDAY PARTIES, CORPORATE EVENTS (we can do your company logo), and all kinds of CELEBRATIONS!!!
NOTE: Our Cupcake Cakes are WORKS OF ART and each Cake is unique. Though we do our best to honor your requests, when it comes to decoration we base our design decisions on our experience and professional judgment.
